There is an immediate postdoc opening available in my laboratory. We are looking to hire a motivated candidate who is ready to work on the 3D bioprinting of hydrogels for renal tissue engineering. The Postdoc will work on our recently funded NSF Grant related to the 3D bioprinting of renal tissues driven by deep artificial neural networks.
Salary
This position offers a competitive salary of $52,000 per year for a period of 3 years.
Position Responsibilities
The postdoctoral scholar should work on the development of hydrogel-based bio-inks for 3D bioprinting of renal tissues guided by machine learning. More specifically, the candidate should work on the following things.​
Essential Qualifications
Ideally, the candidate should have the following qualifications

Completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering or similar disciplines.

Experience in fabricating polymer scaffolds for tissue engineering.

Experience with 3D printing and biological evaluation of the materials.

Experience in working with Computer Aided Design Softwares for Scaffold Design such as Solidworks, Tinkercad etc.
